This policy explains what information Tecz Work (“we”, “us”) collects when you use https://teczwork.com, why we collect it and the choices you have. If you have a question, email hello@teczwork.com.

Information you give us

• Contact and quote forms: your name, email, and anything else you choose to share, such as your phone number, business name, website, budget and project details.
• Booking a call: the details you enter in our scheduling calendar, such as your name, email, phone number and project information.
• Our AI assistant: the messages you send to the chat on our site, and any details you share there to book a call or start a project.

Information collected automatically

We use privacy-friendly website analytics to count visits and clicks on buttons. It doesn’t use advertising cookies or build a profile of you across other sites.

How we use your information

• To reply to you, prepare a quote or audit, and schedule and hold calls.
• To deliver and support the services you buy from us.
• To improve our website and our AI assistant’s answers.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our site and business, and they only process your information on our behalf: website hosting and analytics (Vercel), our database (Prisma), scheduling (Cal.com), email delivery (Resend) and AI (OpenAI, which powers our assistant). Messages you send to the assistant are processed by OpenAI to generate replies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and chat conversations for as long as we need them to work with you, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including under California law (CCPA/CPRA). Email hello@teczwork.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
