Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of https://teczwork.com and the general basis on which Tecz Work (“we”, “us”) provides services. Each project also has a written plan or proposal; if that plan and these terms differ, the plan wins.

Quotes and prices

Prices on this website are starting prices in US dollars. Your final, fixed price is set out in your written plan before any work begins. Ad spend for Meta Ads is paid by you directly to Meta and isn’t included in our fees.

Payment

For website projects, half of the price is due to start and the rest at launch, unless your plan says otherwise. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month and can be canceled with notice as described in your plan.

Your content and ownership

You’re responsible for the content, logos and materials you give us and confirm you have the right to use them. Once your project is paid in full, you own the website we build for you, including its source code. Domains, hosting and ad accounts are set up in your name.

Money-back guarantee

If we don’t deliver what we agreed in your written plan, you can ask for a refund of the fees paid for that work. Contact us at hello@teczwork.com and we’ll make it right.

Results

We work hard to grow your business, but search rankings and ad performance depend on factors outside our control, such as search engines, ad platforms and your market. We don’t promise specific rankings, traffic or sales.

Our AI assistant

The assistant on our site gives general information about our services. It can make mistakes, and your written plan is what counts for prices and scope.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim.
